BelFone Builds a Stable, Efficient Communications Network for the World's Largest Land PortShenzhen, Oct. 12, 2026 — The new joint inspection building at Huanggang Port opened today. A key land port in the Greater Bay Area, it uses a "one location, two checks" co-location arrangement and "joint inspection, single release" clearance, with a designed daily capacity of 200,000 passengers (peak: 300,000). Given its mega-scale complex, multi-agency coordination, and 24/7 operation, on-site command, dispatch, and emergency communications support are all the more critical.
BelFone Communications has provided professional wireless communications support for the new joint inspection building at Huanggang Port. Covering on-site patrols, lane management, vehicle direction, and emergency coordination, the solution boosts frontline communication efficiency and collaborative response, helping ensure the port's safe and orderly operation.
The
new joint inspection building at Huanggang Port spans about 689,700 square
meters across four underground and five above-ground floors, standing roughly
60 meters tall. Multiple agencies — Customs, border inspection, police, and
security — work side by side around the clock, placing exceptionally high
demands on the stability, real-time performance, and security of communications
for command, dispatch, and frontline coordination.

To address the new port's complex
scenario — massive building volume, intricate indoor structures, multi-agency
coordination, and parallel team operations — BelFone Communications has built a
stable, reliable command-and-dispatch network within the building's challenging
electromagnetic environment. Anchored by a digital trunking system and
private-network digital terminals, it enables efficient interconnectivity
across areas and departments.

BelFone Communications has
integrated routine operations with emergency command and dispatch, enabling
"group-based operations in normal times, one-touch coordination in
emergencies." The next-generation digital radios support multi-group
dispatching, emergency alarms, and positioning management, with encrypted links
securing emergency directives. This allows the command center to rapidly
establish communications, activate command groups with one touch, and
coordinate multi-post forces in a unified manner.
The
inauguration of the new joint inspection building at Huanggang Port marks a key
milestone in Greater Bay Area connectivity. Drawing on three decades of
private-network communications expertise, BelFone Communications has provided a
solid technological foundation for communications support at the world's
largest single-building land port complex.
BelFone has supported major national events including the Asian Winter Games, the World Volleyball Championship, and the National Games, and has served fire and emergency response departments across 19 provinces, 23 judicial and military-police units, and 35 public utility departments. BelFone will continue to deepen its expertise in professional wireless communications, delivering support that is more efficient, more secure, more stable, and more connected.
