The system supports voice communication, staff positioning, video communication, multimedia message, patrol clock-in, and other functions to satisfy different communication demands. Following a B/S structure, it can support both Web and APP login and allows to create and manage accounts with different access and operation permissions. It enables users to check radios, site enforcement recorders, and other terminals in real time and supports dispatching, command, statistic analysis, and visual multilevel dispatching to provide powerful data management support and improve dispatching efficiency.

Visual Communication

The system supports point-to-point video call, video polling, video forwarding, and management. Terminals connect staff of different regions by launching individual call and group call to share accurate on-site information. Also, the dispatching console and terminals with higher priority have the capacity to forward video information to desired terminals to ensure timely information sharing. Besides that, video data can be synchronized postback to the dispatch console, facilitating video data storage and management.
