Warranty
Provides a 24-month warranty service for system products delivered by BelFone. The warranty period starts from the date the installed product is accepted after commissioning.

1. In other cases, a 26-month warranty is offered for system products from the date they are delivered.

2. What is not covered by the free repair/replacement warranty.
(1) Unauthorized repair, restructuring or upgrade of system products.
(2) System damage caused by the following force majeure or human factors.
- Natural disasters (earthquake, storm, flood, epidemic, or other acts of nature);
- Public disturbance, war, riot, hostility, strikes, lockout or other events beyond the control of both parties, inevitable and irrevocable.

3. If the warranty for products has expired, the customers can select our paid service.
4. If a customer waives the right of after-sales service within the product warranty period, BelFone will not be responsible for the after-sales services of the customer.
5. If internal key devices of the system, for example, the MSO server, DWS server, DVRS server, core router, core switch, BS router, PSTN gateway, antenna, combiner and divider are not purchased from BelFone, BelFone does not provide the after-sales service for the entire system.
FAQs
  • There is no display or something strange is displayed on my LCD? Why?
    This could be a result of poor connection between the LCD and PCB, which could have occurred due to the radio being dropped and not being used properly. Please return the radio to your BelFone authorized dealer maintenance center for maintenance repair.
